Who we are
BepariAI, operated by Code Console Creations, provides an AI assistant that answers customer messages for online shops (“merchants”) on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
What we collect
- Merchant account data: name, email, shop details, product catalog, settings and payment records.
- Meta data: access tokens for the Facebook Pages and WhatsApp numbers a merchant connects, stored encrypted.
- Customer messages: messages, voice notes and photos that customers send to a merchant's Page or WhatsApp number, their Messenger/WhatsApp ID, name and (for WhatsApp) phone number.
- Order data: orders that a merchant's website reports to us so the merchant can see which chats led to orders.
How we use it
- To generate and send replies on the merchant's behalf, using AI providers (Anthropic for text replies, OpenAI for voice transcription).
- To show merchants their chats, orders and spending.
- To bill merchants for usage.
We do not sell personal data and do not use customer messages for advertising.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the merchant who owns the conversation, with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, AI providers, Meta, bKash), or when required by law.
Retention
Conversation data is kept while the merchant's account is active and deleted within 30 days after the account is closed or on request.
Your choices
Customers can ask the merchant, or us, to delete their data. See our data deletion instructions.
